グーグル ジャパンと給与計算業務契約締結
HR Oneは2013年から継続して、グローバルBPOベンダーの再委託先としてグーグルジャパングループ（以下 Google）の給与計算業務を遂行してきましたが、今般2024年に直接給与計算業務契約を締結しました。
これまで以上に堅固な協力体制を確立するために、短納期を軸としたプロセス改善プロジェクトを発足。独自の報酬制度に合わせてカスタマイズされたシステムを開発するなどして、成果を積み重ねています。
写真は6月にGoogle日本オフィスで行われたAPAC Payrollチームメンバーとの年次ミーティングでの一枚。プロジェクト中間報告、さらに先を見据えた業務改善に関する生産的な話し合いが行われました。
HR OneはGoogleのグローバルオペレーションの日本パートを担当し、さらなる短納期化と品質向上を進めるべくBPR（ビジネスプロセス・リエンジニアリング：Business Process Re-engineering）と自動化を進めてまいります。
Signed Payroll Service Contract with Google Japan
HR One has performed payroll process for Google Japan group (hereinafter Google) as a subcontractor of an international vendor since 2013, and it is entering into a direct Payroll Service Provider (PSP) contract in 2024.
We have launched a business process improvement project that focuses on short-term delivery in order to establish stronger cooperation than ever before. We are accumulating achievements with the project including the development of a system customized to Google’s unique compensation plan.
The photo here was taken at the Google Japan office during an annual meeting with Google’s APAC Payroll team members in June of this year. We had a productive discussion about the interim project report and our business improvements further into the future.
HR One, working as the Japan part for global operations of Google, will continue to strive for business process re-engineering and automation for shorter delivery and higher quality.
